The Geordie Times haz just got back to the UK from Azerbaijan and we simply havvint had time to dee a match, booze, travel report on wor epic 6,000 miles roond trip!
(Although we HAVE managed to put photos of wor Azerbaijan pub crawl online yesterday using wor hotel’s wi fi!—and ‘add ons’ at Istanbul airport!)
This mornin at 4 bells’ 🔔 we had to get a taxi from wor Baku hotel to the airport and then a flight ✈️ to Istanbul and another flight ✈️ onward to Edinburgh airport!
From there we caught a tram 🚊 to Edinburgh Waverley and are currently on the train back to The Toon from there— hopefully gettin yem for 8pm 🔔!
But fear not! A full report will appear here sometime on Friday! Az per usual “Watch this space tomorrow!”
