NUFC's forst pre season game tex place today v near naybaaz (neighbours) Gatesheed behind closed doors at wor Benton trainin base!

Nee kick off time haz been annoonced, to stop any fans watchin from afar! (We presume?)

We said last week that season ticket holders shud have been given priority for tickets for wor 2 home pre season friendlies at the end of this month after chaotic scenes at the ticket office after unprecedented demand for tickets! (Mee mate and season ticket holder 'Tex', waited ower 2 hours in the queue to get wor tickets!)

'Lang haired Davy' from Benton sez we were selfish and wrang to say this and that the kids need to be given a chance to gan az well!

We understand "where he comes from" (Benton!) and unlike Boris, we apologise profusely for this selfish error of judgement!

PS: Woz at the the NUFC ticket office yesterday to sort misstayks with friendly tickets and woz told that season ticket holders WILL be given priority for any Leegue or FA Cup ties at SJP this season!

THE QUEUE SNAKED ROOND THE CORNER AZ FAR AZ THE STRAWBERRY BOOZER!

TOTAL CHAOS!

*Cannit beleeeve that NUFC havvint given priority to season ticket holders to buy their own seats for wor 2 pre season friendlies at SJP!

Mee mate 'Tex' had to wait 2 hours in the queue to get his and my tickets this mornin! (Leazes End---take it or leave it, he woz told!)

Massive queues online az well (Estimated 20,000) and one mate 'Big Al' (not the sheet metal workers son!) waited an hour to be told that somebody had bought hiz seat in The East Stand---and so he will have to sit somewhere else in the stand instead!

Phone lines are jammed az well!

Total chaos for puttin seats on sale to anybody!

There will be 'hell on' for certain!

MAINZ 05 IN AUSTRIA COULD BE OFF

DIVVINT BOOK ANYTHING YET FOR NUFCs GAME V MAINZ!

News hgaz just reached The Geordie Times that wor friendly v Mainz 05 of Jawmany in Austria on Munday 18th July could be cancelled coz of concerns of some of their fans aboot the structure of the NUFC ownership!

So pleeze pleeze don't book any flights etc until we find oot exactly wot iz happenin'!

It's now OFFICIAL!---Sven Botman's £35 million transfor iz complete! The 22year old Dutch defender haz signed a 5 year deal and will wear the number 4 shirt this season!

 

*We've said it before---and we'll say it again----The Geordie Times won't print stories of possible new signings, until they are standin' on the SJP pitch in a black n white top, wavin' a Toon scarf above their heeds!---Then we know that it's 'cast in stone'!

A LONDON BRIDGE SOLUTION???

In the 1960's London Bridge woz dismantled brick by brick and transported to the USA and reassembled!

Surely this could be done with Leazes Terrace !(reputedly owned by a Saudi company?) and moved to a location nearby!?

The East Stand could then be extended!

NEW GROONDS IN AUSTRIA FOR 'THE NUFC MAD-SAD GROUNDHOPPERS'!

"A GROOND AND VIEW TO DIE FOR!"

2 more pre season games have been added to the list of NUFC games! (3, if yoo included a behind closed doors game v Gatesheed on Saturday 15th July)

Then, we travel to Austria where we play Jawman (German) side Munich 1860 at the 1,500 capacity Saalfelder Arena, home of FC Pinzgau Saalfelden, on Friday 15th July with a '6:00 bells' kick off (local time)      

And then the followin Munday we play another Jawman side, Mainz at the 4,500 capacity Kufstein Arena, aalso in Austria, for wor 2nd pre season friendly in a '5:00pm bells' kick off! (The home of FC Kufstein) ⬇️

"THE HILLS ARE ALIVE WITH THE SOUND OF MUSIC!"

"TOON!--TOON--BLACK N WHITE ARMY!"

Not anly have we never been to these groonds, we have NEVER seen The Toon play in Austria eethaa!

Both groonds offer fab views of The Alps in the backgroonds and we are lookin to gan to both games! (If possible?)(ie: Will we be able to get in?)
