Chancel Mbemba becomes the 3rd player to sign for us durin' the transfor window! The 20 year old DRCongo international defender haz signed a f5 year deal for a reported fee of between 7 and 8 million quid! This brings wor war chest 'spend' to 34 or 35 million quid so far!
