The shockin' and tragic news that loyal supporters John 'The Undertaker' and Liam 'from the Lamp' lost their lives in the Ukraine air crash when their plane waz shot doon, haz stunned me and aall Toon fans!
They were just goin' to follow their team to New Zealand and paid with their lives!
I don't know wot else to say except that they were both great friends and will be sadly missed!
There waz a minutes silence last neet at Gatesheed Stadium when The Toon resorves took on Gatesheed. A game in which the home side won 2-0
'The Undertaker' (aka 'The Caped Crusader') waz a season ticket holder at BOTH clubs!
Today at Federation Park Dunston there will be anothaa minutes silence to both fans when Dunston play Whitby in a friendly.
Both John and Liam were at Dunston's away friendly last Saturday at Birtley
